Startup Think Tank Association

Start-up Think Tank (STT) was established to:

1. Integrate relevant knowledge, technology and resources to assist start-up entrepreneurs;

2. Promote international exchanges, promote industry-university cooperation, and build a communication platform for entrepreneurs;

3. Support Macao to move towards moderate diversification, integrate corporate resources, and carry out talent cultivation and training;

4. Services provided include: corporate counseling, project investment and financing, legal advisory, and audit and notarization.

Since 2018, results include but are not limited to:

1. Assisted local start-up projects such as “Construction Bird”, “Australia-Hungary Art Exchange”, “Extreme Perspective” and “WeAsk” to obtain capital investment from many well-known industries;

Construction Bird ← is similar to the Macau version of the “Guangdong Technician” program. Users can bid through the APP to select a maintenance technician. Photos and conversation records will be used as evidence before and after the project, and electronic payment (advance payment, balance payment, reward) is provided.

Australia-Hungary Art Exchange cooperates with the Liszt Conservatory of Music in Hungary to examine certificates, international professional competitions, study tours, and organize Greater Bay Area musicians to participate in the Budapest Music Festival.

2. Introduce dozens of Macao companies to develop in key parks in the Greater Bay Area, including: Da An Chuang Valley, Nansha Macao Health and Science and Technology City, etc.;

3. Facilitate Macao enterprises to establish a joint venture with Hong Kong iMeddy, a mainland company, to cooperate with hospitals with mainland online medical licenses to provide Hong Kong medical and pharmaceutical services to mainland patients;

4. During the epidemic period, we assisted the professional courses of Macao’s online education platform “Expert Vocational Education” to obtain credit recognition from internationally renowned universities;

5. Organize visits to Southeast Asian industrial parks with the Hong Kong and Macao manufacturers’ associations, and co-organize project visits to Hengqin/Nansha and other key areas with the Guangdong Provincial Government and relevant investment institutions, etc.;

6. Facilitate Macao Taijia Co., Ltd. to cooperate with financial institutions to provide payment technology and market services, and provide processing of relevant documents and data analysis to financial institutions with the approval of the Macau Monetary Authority.

7. Signed industry-university-research cooperation with Macau University of Science and Technology, University of Macau, Lister Conservatory of Music in Hungary, Carton College in Hong Kong, Cincinnati Conservatory of Music in Australia, and Berkeley University in the United States.
