An incubator under the International University Innovation Alliance (IUIA). It manages and operates a global incubator brand called “Global Unicorn Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center” in the “Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone”. The development strategy is to incubate unicorns and establish a systematic investment management system with “unicorns as the center of the enterprise and industry chain empowerment as the guide”.
IUIA aims to bring together the world’s best research universities with Chinese universities, enterprises and financial investment institutions, and to industrialize and commercialize research results to promote the development of China and the world. IUIA will use its unique financing method to obtain huge funds to support the industrialized scientific research of universities, improve the level of innovation, expand the scale of entrepreneurship, and accelerate the internationalization process and comprehensive rapid development of universities.
IUIA has established a venture capital fund of no less than US$1 billion to serve university alliance members, convened outstanding projects from 500 universities around the world and established an Internet project investment docking platform. It will cooperate with universities around the world to establish 100 O2O project incubators. and accelerators, incubate thousands of projects, realize the industrialization and commercialization of hundreds of high-tech projects, and build the first cross-industry, cross-field, cross-region, and cross-country innovation sharing platform with a university as the core.
